Health notice

I am not a doctor or a health care professional. I do not diagnose, treat or prescribe. The training programme and the nutrition plan do not replace a doctor’s consultation.

I write individual nutrition plans for healthy people. If a condition calls for a special diet, a doctor or a dietitian comes first. If your case needs that, I will refer you to one.

The short form asks nothing about your health. If you book the free call, we talk about it there, and in more detail before your first session.

If you would rather pay straight away, without a call, you answer three PAR-Q+ questions before payment and confirm that you are an adult. Without a call I do not know you, so I ask these. A “yes” does not mean you cannot train.

A doctor’s clearance is required if you answer “yes” to any of these questions:

• Has a doctor ever told you that you have a heart condition or high blood pressure??
• Do you feel chest pain at rest or during exercise??
• In the last 12 months, have you lost consciousness or felt severe dizziness??

Payment then stops and I take no money. Instead I ask you to book the free call: we talk through what is needed, and once you have the clearance we begin. That is a sequence, not a refusal.

The site collects and stores no document at all. You show me the clearance yourself before your first session.

If during supervision you get a new diagnosis, an injury, new medication, a pregnancy or any other change in your health, tell me straight away. We will then decide whether to change the plan or to pause until you have a doctor’s clearance.

If during a session you feel chest pain, severe breathlessness, dizziness or faintness, stop and see a doctor. In an emergency, call 112.

I keep your health answers apart from all other data, and the system never sends them by email. More on that in the privacy policy.
