Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of the day the contract was made. The contract is made when you pay. It is enough to send your notice before the period ends.

Write to me at maximator369@outlook.com with a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to. Write from the address you used in the form, so I can find your payment quickly.

I refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same means you paid with. The refund costs you nothing. I also stop any further monthly payments.

Online coaching usually starts within those 14 days: I read the form within 48 hours and write your programme and nutrition plan after that.

If I started the service within those 14 days at your express request and you then withdraw, you pay a proportionate amount for what was provided up to your notice. It is calculated from the contract price according to the share of the service already provided. For example, if you withdraw a third of the way into a paid month, you pay a third of that month’s price and I refund the rest. If you paid for several months upfront, the share is taken of that whole payment.

In online coaching, you make that request by ticking a separate box before payment. For the individual plan, you write to me by email when we agree the price: you ask me to write it straight away and confirm that you understand you lose this right once you have the whole plan. If there was no such request, I refund the full amount.

The right of withdrawal is lost if the service has been provided in full within the 14 days, I began it at your express request, and you confirmed you understood that you would then lose this right.

Online coaching is bought for a month at the least, so it cannot be provided in full within 14 days.

The individual plan has been provided in full once you receive it.
